OUR MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Brian Kondo Real Estate Team is to provide such outstanding service when assisting our clients with their real estate needs, that they will have no hesitation in using our services again or recommending us to their family, friends, neighbours and acquaintances. In short, we want “A CLIENT FOR LIFE”.
That’s exactly the case with Imad and Wendy. Our team initially started working with them in 2007. Janette was assigned to help them purchase a home in Ajax, preferably in South Ajax since their son was about to start high school at Ajax High.
After Janette met with Imad and Wendy and showed them the benefits of the Brian Kondo Home Buying System, they agreed to work with us exclusively. After a few months of looking at a lot of homes, Janette suggested they maybe expand their search to include Whitby. In short order, they found the perfect home and purchased it.

However, that isn’t the end of the story. I’ve said this before, but when clients are happy with your service, they will use you again and also refer you to family, friends, neighbours, co-workers and acquaintances, sometimes multiple times!
Over the years, we’ve helped them buy and sell 4 times. And in 2021, another agent on our team, Mike Koson, helped their son, now a young adult, purchase a home in Hamilton.
As a team leader, it always makes me feel good when I call and congratulate our clients on the successful purchase, sale or both of their homes and they say how happy they were with us. I feel just as good, and maybe more so, when our clients call us saying they want to use us again or refer us to someone they know.
